Are your budget safaris private?
Yes! All our budget safaris are entirely private. You and your group will have your own dedicated 4x4 safari vehicle and professional guide. We do not mix groups.
What is the camping accommodation like?
You will stay in comfortable, secure public campsites located inside or just outside the national parks. We provide spacious dome tents, sleeping mattresses, and a private camp chef who prepares delicious meals. Restrooms and showers are shared facilities at the campsites.
Are budget safaris suitable for children?
Yes, camping safaris can be a thrilling adventure for families with children. However, it's often recommended for children aged 6 and above who are comfortable sleeping in tents.
Can solo travelers book a budget safari?
Absolutely! We happily arrange private budget safaris for solo travelers. Because it's private, you get to dictate the pace of the game drives completely.
Do I need to bring my own sleeping bag?
We recommend bringing your own sleeping bag for personal comfort, especially during the colder months (June-August). However, if you don't have one, sleeping bags can be rented from our office in Arusha before the safari begins.
