Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park | Afternoon Game Drive
Your safari begins in Arusha after breakfast. Meet your professional safari guide and depart for Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive through the countryside and local villages. The journey takes approximately 2–3 hours depending on your starting point and road conditions.
After entering the park, enjoy a picnic lunch before beginning your afternoon game drive.
Tarangire is famous for its huge elephant population, ancient baobab trees and seasonal Tarangire River, which attracts wildlife during the dry season. Your guide will take you through different parts of the park in search of elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas, gazelles and many bird species.
As the afternoon progresses, the light becomes excellent for photography. Continue exploring until late afternoon before leaving the park and heading to your campsite.
Enjoy dinner around the campfire and relax under the African night sky.

Continue toward Serengeti National Park, entering through the Naabi Hill Gate area.
Once inside Serengeti, the safari truly begins. The drive itself becomes a game drive as you cross the vast plains. Watch for herds of wildebeest and zebra, giraffes, gazelles, elephants and predators such as lions and cheetahs.
Your guide will adjust the route according to wildlife sightings and current conditions. In the late afternoon, continue toward your campsite in the central Serengeti.
After dinner, enjoy the unique atmosphere of sleeping in the heart of the African wilderness.

Day 3: Full-Day Serengeti National Park – Endless Plains & Wildlife
Today is dedicated entirely to the Serengeti, giving you more time to explore away from the main roads.
Wake early for breakfast and set out with a packed picnic lunch. An early start gives you a good opportunity to see predators when they are most active.
Explore the plains and woodland areas searching for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, hyenas, hippos and large herds of wildebeest and zebra.
If traveling during the Great Migration, your guide will follow the movements of the herds as closely as park regulations and road conditions allow. Depending on the season, you may encounter huge concentrations of animals, calving areas or river-crossing activity.
Stop at a suitable picnic location for lunch before continuing your afternoon game drive.
Later, enjoy the changing colors of the Serengeti landscape as the sun begins to set. Return to camp for dinner and another night under the African sky.

The crater is one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife destinations, with grasslands, forests, wetlands and a soda lake supporting a high concentration of wildlife.
Spend several hours on the crater floor searching for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas and other wildlife. With luck, you may also spot the endangered black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated location before continuing your crater-floor exploration.
