Gear Essentials
A good zoom lens (at least 300mm) is your best friend on safari. Wildlife is often far away, and a standard lens won't capture the detail you want. Don't forget extra batteries and memory cards—dust and long days in the bush can quickly drain your supplies.
Lighting is Everything
The best light occurs during the 'Golden Hours'—just after sunrise and just before sunset. Our early morning game drives are designed not only to catch predators at their most active but also to bathe your subjects in warm, flattering light.
Patience and Stability
Use a beanbag resting on the vehicle window for stability. Be patient; sometimes waiting an extra ten minutes at a waterhole can result in the shot of a lifetime.
